Two bedroom, two bath, condo located on the 8th fairway of the golf course in Village Green, Parcel 10-3.  Unit has double garage and a recently update patio.  We provide the utilities including electricity, water & sewer, garbage, and Wi-Fi.   Since 2010 we have update or remodeled the great room, both bedrooms, both baths, and paint chip epoxy coated the garage floor.  A golf cart with no maintenance lithium battery pack is included.  The golf cart is either a 4 passenger or easily converted back to 2 passenger with golf bags carrier.   A pellet smoker grille and a gas grille are provided.  Our HOA has a central pool and hot tub for your pleasure.

We are seeking a five or six month rent client for any 5 or 6 month period in the fall of 2025 thru the spring of 2026.  5 month minimum.
