Susan’s Zumba Gold ($5 or free with Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, or One Pass)

Slimnastics – Monday- Friday 8:30-9:20am – Poolside Room, free

Pool Exercise (Aqua Buddies) – Monday-Friday 9:30-10:15am, free

Mary Beth’s Tap Class – Wednesdays 1pm, NOV-APR – Poolside Room, free

Donna’s Classes (NOTE: NO Classes on the 1st Tuesday of the Month) Please wear tennis shoes or sandals with an ankle strap
